Our App requests access to your device’s camera for the following purposes:
Taking Photos/Videos: To allow you to capture photos or videos for use within the App.
Scanning QR Codes/Barcodes: To enable features that require scanning QR codes or barcodes.
Documenting Vehicle Conditions: To document the condition of vehicles at the time of pickup or return.
Augmented Reality Features: To support AR features that require camera input.
We are committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring that any images or videos captured using the App are stored securely and used solely for the intended purposes. Photos and videos captured using the App are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you choose to share them. We do not use your camera to collect any personal data without your explicit consent.
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the app IF you do not have any current subscription with Swift Ride LLC. Please follow these steps:
Open the app and tap on my Profile icon.
Choose the option Delete Account.
Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion of your account.
If you have a current subscription with us or an amount due and still choose to delete your user account, please refer to Section 10 to contact us.
If you encounter any issues with deleting your account or prefer to request data deletion through other means, please contact us. We will process your request as soon as possible and ensure that your data is removed from our systems.
